The directions below explain in detail how this new submission will work. Note that this will only be used for timecard submission; payroll questions and reimbursement receipts should still be submitted to payroll@nomadhealth.com.
Submission Process

Navigate to www.nomadhealth.com/timecards.

Fill out the "Name", "Email, and "Facility Name" fields. This information will ensure your time is received, recorded, and that you are accurately paid on time. You may add additional Notes if necessary in the "Notes" field.

Click on "Upload Timecard" and choose the file that is your timecard. This can be completed from both a mobile device and computer. You can submit up to 5 different files if needed to include all pages of your timecard, but we encourage nurses to only submit one file to avoid confusion if possible.

Confirm all information is correct, then click "Submit". If there are any questions on how to combine files, we encourage you to reach out to your Navigator.
