There are five teams you will work with at Nomad, Customer Support team, the Application Review Team, the Offers Team, the Credentialing team and the On Assignment Team. On each team you will have one contact, with the exception of the application review team where you may come in contact with a few different navigators.
1. Customer Support Team
At any stage of the process, nurses can email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions they may have about Nomad, registration, jobs and the application process.
2. Application review team
After you apply, your application will be reviewed by navigators on this team. If additional items are needed then you will be contacted and work with a handful of individuals to complete your application. Once this is done your application will be submitted. These navigators will continue to be your point of contact until an offer is made.
3. Offers Team
Once the offer is made, you will move on to the next stage and start working with an offers navigator. Here you will communicate with one person regarding the details of the contract, and any requests or questions you have.
4. Credentialing Navigator
Once the contract has been signed, you move to work with your Credentialing Navigator. They are your guide as you get all the various paperwork, trainings, and assessments completed. Once you are clear you can start your assignment!
5. On Assignment Navigator
At this point you get an On Assignment Navigator who works closely with you to ensure that your needs are being met while you work. This person will likely stay the same throughout all of your assignments with Nomad, even though the other navigators may change per each assignment. Once your contract ends, you can send in another application and the cycle begins again, with your information being reviewed by our app review team and then going through the funnel until you are on assignment.
