After signing up, you will now be eligible to receive user studies from the Nomad User Research team to get your feedback on early designs and features! When a new study is available, you will receive a notification in an email directly from UserTesting.com, so keep an eye out for their emails. Once you complete the study, you will be compensated for your time from UserTesting.com directly.

How often will I be asked to complete a user study?
You will receive a notification for a new user study no more than approximately once a month.
Am I required to complete each user study?
Each study is optional. However, please note that you will only be compensated for the tests you complete.
How much will I be compensated for each user study?
Compensation is determined by UserTesting.com for each study depending on the length of the session. You will be able to see how much you will make for each user study you complete before you start the study so you may decide whether or not you would like to participate.
How much time will I be expected to spend on each user study?

What equipment will I need to complete a user study?
The study will need to be taken on a desktop with microphone access as voice and screen recording capabilities (within UserTesting.com’s platform) will be required. For more information on troubleshooting issues, please refer to UserTesting.com’s FAQ page here.
Will I be contacted by other companies for tests?
You will only be given email notifications for Nomad user studies.
