The difference between a Profile and an Application is that a Profile lists out all of your information, work history, licenses, etc. A Profile is the Nomad equivalent of your resume, formatted in the manner preferred by the facilities that receive your applications. You can access your Profile by logging into your Nomad account and clicking your initials on the top right corner and then clicking Profile in the drop down menu (pictured below). It’s important to complete your Profile before you apply for jobs because it will significantly speed up the application process and allow you to submit for jobs since the system is looking at your Work Experience to see if you have the requirements for each job posting.

An application is what you actually submit to us when you are applying for a job. The application pulls all available information from your Profile that is already there but also enables you to fill in the blank fields as needed. Once you submit your application, any new or updated information will automatically be saved to your profile for use in a future application. To submit any application, you must go to the Job Posting and click Complete Application.
