Step 1: Have a direct conversation with your nurse manager.
We always encourage direct conversations with your nurse manager as the first step so the facility is made aware of your concerns early.
Step 2: Notify your Nomad Navigator.
Your Nomad Navigator can listen to your situation and help coach you through to a resolution. Your Nomad Navigator can also connect you to our Director of Clinical Operations to provide additional guidance, as well as notify Nomad's Account Manager so Nomad can make the facility's administration aware of your concern.
Step 3: Continue open communication with Nomad and your nurse manager so we can work step-by-step to resolve the issue.
