Step 1: Clinician Submits Application
After a clinician submits an application, it can be hard to go back and forth deciding on a time to have a phone interview. Luckily, Nomad has a feature that makes scheduling a phone screen easier.
Immediately after a clinician submits an application, they will be able to select days and times they are available to have a phone interview. Their application and availability is then sent directly to you.
Step 2: Viewing Availability
To view their availability and schedule a phone screen, log into your Nomad account and click the candidate's name. Then click "View Application." You can also go right to their application/availability by clicking on the "Schedule a Phone Screen" or "View Application" buttons on the new application notification email. Please note that a clinician's availability only extends for 7 days. After this period, you will not be able to see any availability, but you can always send them a message to schedule a phone screen.
Step 3: Selecting a Time
Once on the application view screen you will be able to view all of the candidates details and application, and see when they are available to have a phone interview. To schedule a phone interview, select the times in blue that you would be available and enter your appropriate phone number. Then click the blue "Request Phone Screen" button. Make sure to review the time zone in the upper left corner when selecting a time.
Step 4: Conducting the Phone Screen
Nomad will send a calendar invite to you and the clinician for an agreed upon day and time. At the time of the phone screen, UberConference will give you a call and connect you directly with the candidate. If something comes up, the candidate's phone number will be available in the calendar invite.
