You’ve accomplished the hardest part - completing the application! But, now what? If you are a great fit for the job, here is an overview of the steps you will go through before starting your new assignment.
Fill out a skills checklist sent to you by Nomad and remind your references to complete the reference form emailed to them so you can progress in the application process. Please do this ASAP to ensure you have a competitive edge on other applicants. The facility will not consider your application until the checklist is complete and at least two supervisory references have been contacted.
If the facility believes your background matches their needs, you can expect a phone interview with a hiring manager. After you complete your skills checklist and we’ve gotten in touch with your references, it can take as little as a few hours to receive a call or as long as a week. Be patient, but don’t hesitate to reach out for updates!
Your interview went well and the facility has extended an offer! Nomad will email you the basic details for you to confirm (ie. compensation, time off, scheduling, etc). Once all parties are aligned, Nomad will send you the official contracts and onboarding information to sign.
You can expect to receive a compliance checklist shortly after signing the offer. All items generally must be completed and sent in a week before the start date of your assignment. It is critical to work closely with Nomad to ensure your start date isn’t pushed back due to an incomplete credentialing packet.
